Jason Duzansky is a creative director based in Los Angeles and New York. His early career in the design magazine world inspired him to help create imagery. He spent time at Visionaire Publishing and then became the in-house art director for the iconic Steven Meisel. Duzansky served as Meisel’s right-hand man for 13 years, contributing to a variety of editorials and campaigns that have defined the visual landscape of fashion. Meisel’s counsel was formative for Duzansky. He was inspired to view imagery from new perspectives, push artistic boundaries, and he immersed himself in the history of fashion.

As an independent creative director, he has worked on fashion and fragrance campaigns for Louis Vuitton and Chanel No. 5 - a project, he is proud to note, the brand has used four years in a row. Duzansky’s work is informed by a distinctive integration of typography and graphic design. Above all, he wants to create elevated images with character—a concept that speaks to him on a deep level. “I like images that are graphic, strong and charming,” he says. “This shows the part of me that doesn’t want to take things too seriously.”
